Call for submissions

Kavithé Collective is calling for original submissions on the theme of gender-based struggle and discrimination as part of the 2016 campaign for 16 days of activism against gender-based violence. We will be publishing successful submissions through a popular daily newspaper in Sri Lanka and on our website. We are calling for original writing in any of the following forms: - Poems (up to 40 lines, no minimum, includes haikus and other short form poetry) - Short stories (between 750 - 2500 words) - Creative non-fiction (between 750 - 2500 words) - Flash Fiction (up to 250 words) - Informative articles or commentaries (up to 1000 words)
